"This is the worst insurance place! 5 months ago I called in to tell them my new debit card number to take out my insurance. The bank sent me a new card I did not ask for, but I immediately called State Farm. My payment wasn't due for 2 weeks anyway. I realized they did not take out the payment. When I called to speak to them they had a totally different number card, that wasn't even the old card! This went on for 2 more times and then they said they had it corrected, but today 6/25/2024 I called because I received all kinds of messages saying where is my payment. I called and ended up speaking to Ashley and she tells me my card ends in 9022 a visa! I never had that number before and I don't know where they got it! Again, they have the wrong number and I gave the new number to them 5 times already! Then she wants to hang up on me because I'm upset! Ashley then tells me that they got the payment out of the 9022 last month, which is impossible, because my card does not have that number! I know because they charged me $25 more because the fee did not go through the month before! This is the worst insurance place Jeff Curry State Farm! Do not get insurance through this location for state farm! I guess I will get charged again $25! I'm done! Actually I wish I could give them a Zero star! They deserve no stars! Now I'm sitting here waiting on a call back to get my insurance paid! Why do I have to beg to get this right? This makes no sense! This state farm location in Niles, IL sucks bad!"
