"Dianne was really great to work with. She answered all my questions, helped me understand the coverages that I really need. I was looking to compare my current insurance coverages. Of course I received a ton of calls & email but Diane was the only one that asked to give an opportunity to give me a quote. All others f/u via phone a dummy quote that route me elsewhere. When I called Dianne back, she was very professional and helpful. After doing a lime by line comparison against my current plan, Dianne found me a substantial savings. After more exchange calls and answering my questions, I made the decision to switch to StateFarm and happy to find a new home for my auto and home insurance.
